The burnin System
One tool plugs one hole.
A system holds the water.
Most AI offers solve exactly one problem: a chatbot here, an automation there. But your business is not one problem — it is a bucket with several holes. As long as the others stay open, whatever you pour in keeps running out. The burnin System closes them one after another, in the order that pays for itself first.
The principle
Where your revenue quietly drains away
Six places where almost every business loses money — quietly, daily, without anyone booking it anywhere.
The call nobody picks up
The phone rings, everyone is busy. That caller wanted to become a customer — and is now calling the next business. None of it shows up in any statistic.
The enquiry left sitting for two days
The form came in, the reply goes out the day after tomorrow. By then the person has written to three others — and one of them was faster.
The records nobody touches
Hundreds of former customers and old enquiries sit in your system. They already know you and would come back. Nobody ever asks them.
The review never written
Your happy customers stay silent — the unhappy ones do not. That is exactly what new customers read. In daily business, hardly anyone asks for reviews.
The conversation that does not close
The prospect was there, the interest was real — and still nothing came of it. Selling can be learned, but is rarely practised.
The advertising that comes too early
Buying new enquiries while five holes are open means paying good money for disappointment. That is why advertising is our last step, never the first.
„The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.“ — Which is why we do not build seven separate tools, but one machine in which every part feeds the next.
The building blocks
Seven AI colleagues — each with one job
Think of each block as a colleague who does exactly one thing, does it around the clock and never forgets anything. Bookable individually, together a system. And for every one of them: drafts come from the AI, decisions come from you.
The Foundation
Before anything runs: which of your contacts may you legally approach at all? How do you collect clean consent in daily operations? How is AI use properly disclosed? We clarify the permissions, produce the required texts and records, and train your team.
- Review of which contacts may be approached through which channel
- Consent wording for appointments, reception, forms and phone
- AI disclosure under the EU AI Act, mandatory from 2 August 2026
- Processing record, deletion policy, half-day team training
Always part of the project — never optional.
The Reviver
Brings back what is already there: former customers, old enquiries, prospects nobody followed up. The AI reviews your records, sorts them by permission status and writes personal messages — not a mail merge, but something that matches what this person once wanted. You approve, then it goes out.
- Legally sound route via email, plus any existing consents
- Personal wording instead of mass mailing
- Replies flow straight into block 03
Revenue already sitting in your own records — without a euro of advertising.
The Reputation Keeper
Asks after the visit how it went. Invites satisfied customers to leave a review. Drafts your replies to every review — including the uncomfortable ones, in your tone and without sounding defensive. And later asks for referrals.
- No incentives, no pre-filtering — asked properly, collected honestly
- Draft replies for every review, approval stays with you
- Referral request at the right moment
Satisfied customers stay silent — until someone asks them.
The Enquiry Catcher
Every enquiry via website, email or contact form receives a fitting reply with a proposed appointment within minutes. For simple cases as a finished reply for approval, for complex ones as a prepared draft with all the facts. If an appointment goes unused, a new one is politely offered.
- Replies in minutes instead of days — whoever answers first wins the job
- For event and quotation business: the conversation becomes a finished draft quotation
- Everything filed, structured and searchable, in your own system
The block with the fastest visible effect.
The Phone Reception
Answers the calls that would otherwise go nowhere: handles the same recurring questions, books appointments, takes callback requests and sends a summary to the office. We select a suitable provider with servers in Germany, set it up and connect it to the rest of the system.
- States on every call that it is an AI assistant — mandatory from 2 August 2026
- Only steps in when your team does not pick up — people come first
- Appointments land directly in your calendar
The missed call is calling your competitor right now.
The Conversation Coach
Builds a conversation guide for your business and practises with your team in role play — any time, no appointment, no audience. At your team’s request it reviews real conversations and shows what went well and what was missing.
- A voluntary training tool for the team, not a monitoring instrument
- Reviews only with the consent of everyone involved
- More closings from the same enquiries
The cheapest revenue increase there is: the same conversations, better led.
The Supply
Only now — once everything else is running — do we buy in new enquiries. Adverts whose prospects drop straight into the finished machine: fast reply, appointment, reminder, follow-up. Not one euro of budget disappears into a process that cannot hold it.
- Never starts before blocks 01 to 05
- You pay the ad budget directly to the platform — no hidden mark-up
- Monthly report: what came in, what came of it
Seal the bucket first, then fill it.
The sequence
Why we finish with advertising instead of starting with it
Most providers start with what is visible fastest: adverts. It feels like progress and is the most expensive way to enlarge an unsolved problem.
First: collect what is already there
Existing contacts, enquiries, calls, reviews. You have already paid for that demand — it costs nothing extra.
Then: handle it better
Reply faster, follow up reliably, sell more confidently. The same enquiries turn into more customers.
Last: add more
Only when every enquiry is handled properly does buying new ones pay off. Then every euro adds up.
Investment
Fixed prices, clear stages
No timesheets, no surprises. Every stage makes sense on its own — even if you stop afterwards.

Important from August 2026
The new disclosure duty for AI
From 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act applies: anyone using an AI system that speaks or writes directly with people — phone assistant, chatbot, automated replies — must clearly inform them at the first interaction. This applies to businesses of every size.
Many businesses already use such tools without knowing it. In the first conversation we check where you are affected and put it right — whether you work with us afterwards or not.
Next step
Let us find out which leak costs you the most
Thirty minutes, free, no sales show. You describe how things run today — I tell you honestly where technology helps and where it does not.
